Consultation Summary

A range of objectives were agreed following concerns on the adequacy of some of the existing Rule Book instructions, as well as some of the content of the Guidance Note. This has resulted in the updating of the content of the Rule Book modules and handbooks and the Guidance Note to better support duty holders in complying with their legal obligations and improve operational performance.
