Consultation Summary

A small number of detailed changes can be identified to bring the document up to date, although any reissue would require conversion into the current RIS format. However, the requirements for data provision are largely satisfied by compliance with the requirements of the OPE NTSN. The requirements for labelling of defective wagons are still valid but would be more appropriately contained in a Rolling Stock standard. It is therefore proposed to withdraw this standard.
